Description

Flour for Bao Buns consists of selected, high-quality wheat, which has been processed to become very fine, to give that unique texture and elasticity to the dough.

It is mainly used for the preparation of fluffy Bao Buns and various other types of Asian pastries such as noodles, dumplings and also pies.

Follow the steps and make your own Bao Buns:

1. Add 10 g. yeast, 150 g. white sugar and 450 ml water to the flour and knead until a smooth dough is formed.

2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

3. Divide the dough into small pieces of 30 grams and shape into the shape you like.

4. Let it rest for 30-60 minutes (at a temperature of 30℃)

5. Steam for about 7-8 minutes.
