Description

Cous Cous is particularly popular in North African countries where it is on the menu almost every day.

Bacchini Cous Cous is made from durum wheat semolina and is suitable for making numerous vegetable dishes, pan-fried lamb or fish and very delicious in cold vegetable salads.

Do try Bacchini Cous Cous also in desserts with milk, almonds and raisins or simply as a tasty and nutritious side dish.

To cook it, measure a 1:1 ratio of couscous and water, and bring the water to a boil. When the water is boiling, add the grains, cover the pot, and remove it from the heat. Let it stand for 5 minutes, covered, before you remove the lid and fluff with a fork.
