JH Foods Seaweed consists of dried and roasted algue leaves (seaweed).
These are mostly used for the preparation of sushi. When the leaves are shredded they can also serve as a herb with a subtle sea aroma for fish and seafood dishes.
The thin leaves contain a lot of iodine and proteins and are delicious as maki with a nice filling and sushi rice. This variant is already shredded and can serve as a garnish for sushi and Poké bowls.
