Korma Curry

INGREDIENTS :


1 pack Indian Korma Curry

1 large chopped onion

1 tbsp sunflower oil or rice oil

450 gr. chicken leg cut into 2 cm.

220 ml of water

2 tbsp coconut cream or yogurt

Fresh coriander

100g cashews

Basmati rice


INSTRUCTIONS :


1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and the spice paste and fry for 2 minutes.

3. Put the chicken and fry for another 3 minutes.

4. Add water, stir and bring to a boil.

5. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the ingredients set, stirring occasionally.

6. Remove from the heat and mix with the coconut cream or yogurt.

7. Garnish with cashews and coriander.

8. Serve with a bowl of basmati rice or Naan bread!
