INGREDIENTS :
400g canned corn
1 small red pepper
15g butter
1 cup mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp sugar
Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Mix all the ingredients, except the cheese!
2. Put butter in a hot non-stick pan. Once melted, lower the temperature and put the mixture in the pan, spreading it.
3. Add the cheese and cover for 5 minutes until it melts.
