Peking Duck
INGREDIENTS :
2 packs of Peking duck wrappers
620gr duck
10 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
3 spring onions
2 carrots
3 cucumbers
1 bamboo steamer
INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Defrost the duck. Prepare your vegetables by cutting them into strips and preheat the oven to 160c.
2. Separate the 2 fillets and remove the jellies in between. Then put them in a pan with non-stick paper.
3. Bake in the oven at 160 for 15 '. Then take them out of the oven, spread with 2 tbsp.Ηoisin. Bake and cook for another 10 minutes, until the skin is crispy.
4. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Next, cut the fillets into slices.
5. Steam the wrappers in a bamboo steamer for 5 'and serve in the same pan, to keep the temperature.
6. In each wrapper put 1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce, 4 slices of duck and 2-3 strips of vegetables. Fold the edges.
