Kimchi Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS :


2 cups cooked sushi rice

160g hot sauerkraut (kimchi)

1 tbsp. gochujang

1tsp. garlic paste & ginger

2 eggs

1 spring onion

1 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise

1 tbsp sesame oil

Salt & Pepper

For the non-vegetarian version: 100gr pancetta


INSTRUCTIONS :


1. Put 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil in the wok, fry the eggs and remove.

2. Cut the pancetta into small squares, fry until golden and remove.

3. Put 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil, fry the garlic paste until it turns brown and add the cooked rice, mayonnaise and gochujang.

4. Add the pancetta, the kimchi, salt and pepper to the rice and fry over medium heat for 3 minutes!

5. Garnish with spring onion!
