Chicken Yakitori

INGREDIENTS :


500g boneless chicken leg without the skin

9 spring onions

200 gr. Yakitori sauce

10-12 bamboo sticks

2 tbsp white sesame



INSTRUCTIONS :



1. Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours!

2. Cut the spring onions into 2.5 cm pieces and the chicken into 2.5 cm cubes.

3. Then we pass the chicken and the spring onion alternately on the skewers.

4. Preheat the oven on the grill, place the skewers on a grill and bake for 6 minutes on each side.

5. When they are almost ready, spread again with the rest of the sauce and grill for another 2 minutes.

6. Remove from the oven and garnish with white sesame seeds!
