Miso Ramen with Chicken

INGREDIENTS :


1 tbsp. butter

1 cup corn

2 eggs, boiled 

2 cups fresh spinach

4 cups chicken broth

1 sachet of dashi broth (4g)

1 tbsp. mirin

1 tbsp. sake

1 tbsp. soy sauce ( less salt )

2 tbsp. garlic-ginger puree

3 spring onions, finely chopped

2 chicken breasts

2 tbsp. miso paste

2 packets of ramen noodles, cooked

Chopped onion, for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS :


1. Heat the butter in a saucepan, fry the corn until warm and set aside.

2. Boil the 2 eggs and set aside. Then boil the spinach and also set aside.

3.Boil the chicken broth, garlic-ginger puree, mirin, sake, soy, dashi broth and the onions for about 30 '. Then add the chicken and simmer for another 20 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it and set it aside.

4. Dissolve the miso paste in the chicken broth. Then slice the chicken and set it aside.

5. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Then, divide them into two bowls, pour over chicken broth, add spinach, corn, chopped chicken, onions and the boiled eggs, cleaned and cut in half.
