What exactly does Kewpie Mayo have that makes it so unique?
It is the incarnation of the umami.
It has a smooth, silky and creamy texture with a rich yellow color.
It is made with rice vinegar and not from distilled vinegar.
They only use egg yolk for its preparation, as a result of which it makes it lighter!
