Uncle Lee's White Tea grows in the green fields of the Fujian province in China where the full aroma of the leaves can fully develop. White tea is made from the young, closed buds that are surrounded with a white silky glow. White tea is one of the finest, delicately flavored teas. The lightly fermented tea (usually 2%) is a bai mu than kind of tea which means literally "white peony". Once the tea has steeped a delicate sweet taste with a delicious light floral aroma develops. The fine aromatic white tea has an invigorating effect and is a healthy alternative to coffee.
