Instant noodles from Lucky Me! were marketed for the first time by Monde Nissin Corporation in 1989. It became a sister brand of the popular SkyFlakes crackers. Lucky Me! also quickly became successful, especially in the Philippines, where the brand became the market leader in instant noodles. Lucky Me! Is constantly striving to improve and renew the products. In 1991, Lucky Me! Pancit Canton had introduced, the very first dry instant noodle meal. Shortly after, greengrocer (rice noodles) and bowls of noodles followed. After Lucky Me! Joined forces with the Philippine Ministry for Public Health, thanks to the addition of vitamins and minerals the products were significantly improved. A pack of Lucky Me! Noodles provides 1/3 of the recommended daily intake of vitamin A and iron. Another improvement to make the range healthier was the shift to 'NAPA', or no addition of artificial preservatives. As one of the most influential brands in the Philippines, Lucky Me! ‘s responsibility was taken by Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga (freely translated: 'meals with the family are important') to market, which stimulates joint meals with the family. This is a simple but effective way to educate happy, healthy and successful children. The spicy chili peppers, combined with the sweet soy sauce, mix into a unique flavour experience. Pour the water over the Lucky Me noodles and already enjoy the authentic taste after 3-4 minutes. Convenient as a supper, main course or appetizer. Lucky Me noodles should be cooked and drained before adding the ingredients, because these pancit canton (sweet/spicy) are a noodle meal and not a soup.
