Tofu is a food made from soybeans that is well known in Asian cuisine for thousands of years. In Western cuisine tofu is also increasingly popular. Lin Tofu can be cooked and added to soups (e.g. miso soup or Japanese Thai coconut milk soup) or can be stir-fried. Since tofu is relatively tasteless and absorbs the color and flavor of sauces and spices, it is important to spice it up. Lin Tofu is an excellent meat substitute for vegetarians and vegans, rich in vitamins and a real protein source.
