Sriracha hot sauce was created 80 years ago and takes its name from the seaside town of Si Racha, on the Gulf of Thailand, north of Bangkok.
It is a sauce made from hot pepper paste, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.
This particular Sriracha is the classic Sriracha recipe but with mayonnaise (vegan).
You can add it to Tuna salad, Sushi rolls, Hot wings, Burger, Noodles, Salmon, Pizza, Hot dog, Dip for fried appetizers or fries, Poke bowl and rice.
Sriracha Mayo goes with just about anything you can imagine.
