Ajumma Republic’s fire chicken sauce is a hot and spicy sauce for marinating and seasoning chicken. This fire sauce lives up to its name - made from fiery Korean red chilli pepper, this is a sauce that packs a punch. The heat of chilli is combined with soy sauce and garlic to bring out the savoury notes of the Korean red pepper for a more complex heat.
