Tapioca pearls with sweet corn and sweet coconut milk powder.
Prepare this instant Thai dessert in only 10 minutes.
Directions: 1. Pour the tapioca pearls and dried corn into 1 cup of hot water. Stir throughly (to prevent tapioca pearls stick to each other). 2. Bring to boil about 10 minutes or until tapioca is done. (Stir occasionally). 3. Turn off the heat, drain well and set aside. 4. For the coconut powder, mix with 3/4 cup of water, add 1/2 tsp of salt, stir well.
