Easy to prepare mix for the classic Filipino Native Cake 'Kutsinta' , a type of steamed rice cake. Soft, chewy and topped with grated coconut, they’re a delicious breakfast, snack or dessert.
To Make:
- Half fill steamer with water and bring to boil.
- In a bowl dissolve Kutsinta mix in 1 cup of water.
- Pour mixture into moulds or cups and steam for 35 mins.
- Cool completely before releasing from moulds.
- Top with grated coconut and serve.
