AJIPONAjipon , also known as Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce, is a blend of soy sauce and citrus juice. Its tart and fresh flavour is the perfect accompaniment to a wide range of dishes. Ponzu combines the rich flavours of soy sauce with the tangy bite of lemon and orange creating a unique soy flavour perfect for fish and meat.


BOBA - Boba tea, also known as pearl milk tea, bubble milk tea, tapioca milk tea) is a tea-based drink that originated in Taiwan in the early 1980s. It most commonly consists of tea accompanied by chewy tapioca balls ("boba" or "pearls"), but it can be made with other toppings as well, such as grass jelly, aloe vera, or red bean. Bubble teas fall under two categories: teas without milk and milk teas. 


CALAMANSI - Calamansi limes are a citrus fruit popular in the Philippines and throughout Southeast Asia, where they are used as flavoring ingredients and for their juice. They have a sour, tart flavor with moderate acidity. 


DURIAN - Durian is a unique tropical fruit. It’s popular in Southeast Asia, where it’s nicknamed “the king of fruits.” Durian is very high in nutrients, containing more than most other fruits.


However, it also gets a bad rep due to its strong smell.


EDAMAME - Edamame beans are whole, immature soybeans. They are green and differ in color from regular soybeans, which are typically light brown.  


Edamame beans are often sold  frozen while still encased in their pods, which are not meant to be eaten. You can also buy shelled edamame, without the pods.


Generally, you can easily heat the beans by boiling, steaming, pan-frying, or microwaving them for a few minutes.


FURIKAKE - Furikake is a Japanese seasoning typically made with toasted sesame seeds, nori, salt, sugar.  This blend really enhances the foods we are already making. It is delicious over Japanese Rice, Poke bowls, or Poke Beets, or Vegan Ramen! 


GALANGAL - Galangal root is a spice native to Southern Asia. The spicy, peppery, and aromatic qualities of galangal are a signature flavor in many traditional dishes including curries, soups, and rice preparations. Galangal is closely related to ginger and turmeric, and all three roots can be used fresh or dried to add flavor to your dishes. 


HAR GOW -  A type of traditional Cantonese shrimp dumpling; the outer skin is translucent and the filling is made of shrimp. The wrappers are made with a combination of wheat starch, tapioca, and lard, filled with a mixture of either minced or whole shrimp and bamboo shoots. Once steamed, the dough should be chewy and almost see-through, but firm enough to be handled with chopsticks, whereas the filling should remain crisp.


INARIInari age are seasoned deep-fried tofu pockets, called aburaage, that are cooked in dashi based broth, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce. They are used to make Inari sushi and kitsune udon.


JJAJANGMYEON - Jjajangmyeon is a noodle dish in a black bean sauce. Along with jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) and tangsuyuk (탕수육, sweet and sour pork or beef), it’s a popular Korean-Chinese dish. 

As you might have seen on Korean dramas, it’s also the most popular dish for home delivery in Korea, just like pizza delivery in America. It’s the dish Koreans call to order on a hectic moving day.


KIMCHI - Kimchi , is a traditional Korean side dish of salted and fermented vegetables, such as napa cabbage and Korean radish. A wide selection of seasonings are used, including gochugaru (Korean chili powder), spring onions, garlic, ginger, and jeotgal (salted seafood), etc.[1][2] Kimchi is also used in a variety of soups and stews. LAKSA - Laksa is a spicy noodle dish popular in Southeast Asia. Laksa consists of various types of noodles, most commonly thick rice noodles, with toppings such as chicken, prawn or fish. Most variations of laksa are prepared with a rich and spicy coconut soup or a broth seasoned with sour asam ( tamarind)
